سياسة الخصوصية
خصوصيتك تهمنا. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق غزوانكم (المعرّف ghazwancom.pro) وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وكيف تحذفها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: رقم الهاتف (للتحقق وتسجيل الدخول)، الاسم، المحافظة، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة ولا يطّلع عليها أحد).
- عناوين التوصيل: العنوان وتفاصيله ومنطقة التوصيل. والموقع الجغرافي (إحداثيات GPS) فقط إذا منحت الإذن واخترت تحديد موقعك على الخريطة — يُحفظ مع العنوان لتسهيل التوصيل، ولا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية.
- بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات والكميات والمبالغ وأجور التوصيل، حالة الطلب وسجلّه، ملاحظاتك على الطلب، وكوبون الخصم إن استعملته.
- نشاطك في المتجر: المفضلة وسلة التسوّق، والتقييمات والمراجعات التي تكتبها (تظهر للزبائن الآخرين مع اسمك).
- بيانات تشغيلية: رمز الجهاز للإشعارات (Push Token) ونوع النظام، ولغة التطبيق المفضّلة. إعدادات المظهر (مثل الوضع الليلي) تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول والتحقق برسالة نصية (OTP).
- تنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها وحساب أجور التوصيل حسب منطقتك، والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والعروض (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك).
- عرض المفضلة والتقييمات، وتحسين التطبيق وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلاني.
- لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي إلا إذا اخترت مشاركته لتحديد عنوان التوصيل.
- لا نخزّن أي بيانات دفع — الدفع عند الاستلام نقدًا.
التخزين والحماية
تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم آمنة (Supabase — الاتحاد الأوروبي، فرانكفورت) مع تشفير الاتصال بالكامل (HTTPS) وسياسات وصول صارمة (Row Level Security) بحيث لا يصل أي مستخدم لبيانات غيره.
مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
- مندوب التوصيل: اسمك وهاتفك وعنوانك (وموقعك إن حدّدته) لغرض إيصال طلبك فقط.
- مزوّد الرسائل النصية: رقم هاتفك لإرسال رمز التحقق فقط.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): رمز الجهاز لإيصال الإشعارات فقط.
- Supabase: مزوّد الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك فعّالًا. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية، وتبقى سجلات الطلبات مجهولة الهوية (بلا اسم أو هاتف أو عنوان) لأغراض محاسبية فقط.
حذف حسابك وبياناتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف حسابي، أو راجع صفحة حذف الحساب. عند الحذف تُزال بياناتك الشخصية وعناوينك ومفضلتك وسلتك ورموز الإشعارات نهائيًا وتُجهَّل سجلات الطلبات.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال دون 13 سنة عن قصد.
التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Ghazwancom app (ID ghazwancom.pro) collects, how we use and protect it, and how you can delete it.
Data we collect
- Account: phone number (verification & sign-in), name, governorate, and password (encrypted).
- Delivery addresses: address, details and delivery zone. Precise location (GPS coordinates) only if you grant permission and choose to pin your location — stored with the address to help delivery. No background location tracking.
- Orders: items, quantities, amounts and delivery fees, order status and history, your order notes, and any coupon you used.
- Store activity: favorites and cart, and the ratings/reviews you write (shown to other customers with your name).
- Operational: push notification device token and platform, and preferred app language. Appearance settings (e.g. dark mode) stay on your device.
How we use it
- Account creation, sign-in and SMS (OTP) verification.
- Fulfilling and delivering orders, calculating delivery fees for your area, and contacting you about orders.
- Order-status notifications and offers (can be disabled in device settings).
- Showing favorites and reviews, improving the app and preventing abuse.
What we don't do
- We never sell your data or share it with advertisers; no advertising trackers.
- Location is used only if you choose to share it for your delivery address.
- No payment data stored — payment is cash on delivery.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure servers (Supabase, EU — Frankfurt) with HTTPS encryption and strict Row Level Security so no user can access another user's data.
Third parties
- Delivery courier: your name, phone and address (and pinned location, if any) — only to deliver your order.
- SMS provider: your phone number — only to send verification codes.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): device token — only to deliver notifications.
- Supabase: hosting and database provider.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed and order records are kept anonymized (no name, phone or address) for accounting only.
Account deletion
Delete your account permanently in-app: Account → Delete my account, or see the Delete Account page.
Children
The app is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
