حذف الحساب
تقدر تحذف حسابك في غزوانكم وبياناتك نهائيًا بأي وقت — من داخل التطبيق:
- افتح التطبيق ← تبويب حسابي.
- اضغط حذف حسابي وأكّد الحذف.
ماذا يحدث عند الحذف؟
- يُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي (الاسم، الهاتف، المحافظة) وعناوينك ومواقعك المحفوظة ومفضلتك وسلة تسوقك ورموز الإشعارات نهائيًا.
- تُجهَّل سجلات طلباتك السابقة (تُزال بياناتك الشخصية منها) وتبقى لأغراض محاسبية فقط.
- لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
ما تكدر توصل للتطبيق؟
أرسل طلب الحذف من رقمك المسجّل عبر وسنحذف الحساب خلال 48 ساعة.
ثبّت التطبيق من جديد وسجّل دخولك برقمك، ثم احذف الحساب من «حسابي». وقريبًا تقدر ترسل طلب الحذف مباشرة عبر البريد أو واتساب من هذه الصفحة.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Ghazwancom account anytime, in-app:
- Open the app → Account tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile (name, phone, governorate), addresses and saved locations, favorites, cart and notification tokens — permanently.
- Past order records are anonymized (your personal data is removed) and kept for accounting only.
- Deletion cannot be undone.
Can't access the app? Request deletion from your registered number via — processed within 48 hours.
Can't access the app? Reinstall it, sign in with your number and delete the account from “Account”. Soon you'll also be able to request deletion by email or WhatsApp directly from this page.
